WEST GOSFORD LAND ACQUISITION COST REVIEW In 2008 the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) announced plans to upgrade the intersections of the Central Coast Highway with Brisbane Water Drive and Manns Road at West Gosford. Hill PDA's role in the project was to carry out an assessment of business impacts associated with the various upgrade options to inform and refine the selection of shortlisted options. Hill PDA was also appointed to carry out a Land Acquisition Cost Review of the affected properties under various short-listed options for budgetary and planning purposes. |
