Hill PDA was instructed by the Henry Kendall Group to undertake a Highest and Best use study for a 2.8ha development site located at 152 Pacific Highway Tuggerah. The need for the Study arose when a development application was submitted to Wyong Council for a bulky goods retail development of 5,000sqm on the site.  At that time a concern was raising relating to demand for bulky goods floor space leading to a review of alternative uses onsite, specifically commercial office.

As such, Hill PDA undertook a market assessment of both the bulky goods and commercial office markets in Tuggerah and surrounding areas. The market research aided in determining the most profitable and likely use to which the property could be put. That is the use which would yield the highest return on investment.
