NSW DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING ASSET MANAGEMENT STRATEGY Hill PDA was commissioned by the Department of Housing NSW (DOH) to develop a 'High Level Asset Strategy for Options Identification and Site Selection'. The aim of the paper was to identify ways that the DOH could be more efficient in its delivery of social housing objectives without compromising its social objectives.

STOCKLAND BENCHMARKING Hill PDA's project brief from Stockland was to prepare a high level paper outlining industry benchmarks and pricing mechanisms for various types of projects.
