Estate Master Feasibility Software
Hill PDA first developed the Estate Master Software in 1991. The Software is now regarded in Australia as the industry standard. The Estate Master software is currently used by more than 10,000 users in Australasia, the Americas, Europe and the UAE, with users ranging from Banks and Property Financiers, Property Developers and Project Managers, Property and Project Consultants and Government agencies.
Hill PDA is the advisory arm of the Hill PDA and Estate Master group of companies, undertaking feasibility modelling and investment appraisal using the proprietary sotfware Estate Master.

Retail Expenditure & Gravity Models
Hill PDA has developed a retail expenditure model utilising various sources of census data and research to determine the quantum of household expenditure generated within a defined area. The Hill PDA Expenditure Model is utilised in our Economic Impact and Urban Centres Studies.
To accompany the expenditure model, we have also developed the ‘Gravity Model'. The Gravity Model calculates the re-direction of retail expenditure to existing or proposed centre. This calculation is informed by factors such as the strength of retail offer, accessibility and travel times.
Both the Hill PDA Retail Expenditure Model and gravity Model have been successfully tested in the Land and Environment Court.

Consultation Surveys & Interviews
As part of its community consultation and research, Hill PDA has developed tried and tested approaches to community and stakeholder consultation through surveys.
Our survey teams can access key audiences effectively through telephone, face to face or postal surveys dependant on the nature of the project.

Retail Centre Floorspace Surveys
Hill PDA has been undertaking detailed floorspace surveys of centres (by retail category) within NSW over the past 20 years. Accordingly we have established a database of centres that can be used to track how centres may have grown or changed by retail mix over time.
Hill PDA can also assist your retail or centres project by undertaking bespoke retail surveys of centres or broader geographic regions.
