Hill PDA was engaged by Paynter Dixon Golf to undertake a market analysis of the employment lands and residential component of the NSW Leagues Club (NSWLC) lands in Camden. Hill PDA prepared market assessments of the residential and industrial land components as well as financial assessments of the proposed development. Subsequently a rezoning of the site was achieved. As a result the employment lands component was zoned B5 Business Development under the NSW Standard Instrument LEP Template. Hill PDA subsequently reviewed the previous industrial market assessment identifying opportunities for the site to capitalise on the B5 Business Development zoning, whilst identifying current and new market trends which may influence the viability and marketability of the subject site.
