We are currently looking for a Property Consultant / Valuer with strong modeling skills to join our busy valuation team who covers a wide variety of valuation work.

The objectives and key tasks for the role will be:

Write reports, letters and other correspondence and liaise directly with clients;
Project manage your own tasks and meet targets; and
Utilise your experience to mentor and assist more junior members of your team.

Key skills and attributes you will be required to have:

To undertake feasibility assessments, commercial, retail and industrial property valuations and financial modelling using Estate Master, the leading industry development feasibility model designed by Hill PDA;
Build a strong client base through business development initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company and its profile.
A sound knowledge of the property industry;
Professional qualification(s) in Property Valuation, Property Economics, or associated degree;
AAPI membership level
A minimum of 2-5 years post graduation experience in the property industry; and
Strong analytical and communication skills.

A lateral thinker with hands on expertise in MS Excel Modeling, MS Word and Estate Master is advantageous.
