Hill PDA provided economic input into the preparation of the Future Land Use Structure Plan for Bombo Quarry.

The project was undertaken in consultation with Kiama Council, Boral, RailCorp, the NSW Department of Planning and the NSW Office of the Coordinator General. Hill PDA undertook market research within the Illawarra Region in relation to:

• residential land uses;
• commercial land uses;
• industrial land uses;
• recreational land uses;
• land values;
• comparable and competing developments; and
• supply and demand for potential land uses.

The market analysis informed the design team's redevelopment options which were then financially assessed by Hill PDA using Estate Master.
