Hill PDA audited the Affordable Housing calculator applying the company's expertise in development modelling and its familiarity with the development industry.

The audit related to the policy concept that the model evaluates, tested the internal mathematical veracity of the model as well as the consistency of the model's parameters. The project identified the importance of examining the consistency of the model with development practice and strategies for ensuring that the model developed a high degree of acceptance by planning officers.
